■ Metal Mask (Active Mask)
Mask for solder paste plays a key role in printed board assembly. The requirements for mask such as high-density/high precision, smooth ingress to mask / removal from mask, no bleed, has been getting more and more stringent. Oudensha develops and produces the metal mask (active mask) by using the precision processing technology cultivated by electroforming.
■ Filter
Ultra thin Nickel filter with microholes, microgrooves can be made by electroforming. Due to the production process, there is no edges on the cross-section surface. In addition, it can be used almost indefinitely. For the reasons mentioned above, our filters are highly valued from customers.
■ Encoder / Rifle scope
Compared with press work, thinner and more accurate encoder, rifle scope, reticle can be made by electroforming.
